  • A full refund for purchases made on rossroystore.com will be provided to the purchaser in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase within 30 days of the shipping date, provided that refunds to
    a card account will only be provided to the original card account used for the purchase if
    such account is valid.
  • If the original card account is no longer valid, a refund will be
    issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit.
  • Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its
    original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with
    original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the
    merchandise has been used or worn.

  • Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via UPS or insured USPS (to the
    address below). Your name and address must be clearly visible on the outside
    of the box (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address).
    Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
